The majority of our company has completed (or are in the process of completing) college degrees in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a nationally-respected school. Sustainability
We have been a leader in sustainability in the built environment since the company’s inception in 2002, and we do so by choosing projects which contribute to the Atlanta area in positive manner. The majority of our projects have been in established intown Atlanta neighborhoods; we believe this business model helps to maintain the sustainability of Atlanta since it prevents the urban sprawl that results from development in the outer suburbs.
Ultimately, we believe in “sensible sustainability.” We focus on items which truly make a building sustainable, and which are cost-effective and meaningful for our clients. Our projects use energy and water in a responsible manner, and they are located in areas which provide good quality of life for the occupants. We believe sustainability is not a trend; it’s a long-term philosophy that guides us through the design and construction of our projects. In addition to sustainability in our work, we also embody sustainability in our office space and operations.

As one example, Cablik Enterprises was sought out to be the general contractor of a modern home in the Ansley Park area. The home has been designed from the beginning to meet the USGBC’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification standards. The successful completion of this LEED home has drawn attraction from the community, and has enabled us to develop our book of business related to sustainability.
Cablik Enterprises is proud to offer new projects that have earned the ENERGY STAR® label. ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Our ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet ENERGY STAR energy efficiency guidelines. These homes are better for the environment and better for you.
