Atlanta Renovation built by Cablik Enterprises.
The Inverness Residence is a large whole house Atlanta renovation completed by Cablik Enterprises. Original construction on this gracious traditional home located on the 9th green of the St Marlo Country Club community was originally started but never completed in 2007. The home sat empty and unfinished for almost four full years until the current owners purchased the property and hired Cablik Enterprises to perform the Atlanta renovation and complete the construction.
Weighing in at close to ten thousand square feet, Cablik worked with the owners to design and select finishes for this Atlanta renovation, working mostly with existing infrastructure but in some cases altering the plan for a more customized solution. Big challenges encountered on this Atlanta renovation were understanding how certain spaces were originally intended to be used and how the mechanical systems were originally installed. Due to the lapse in the original building permit, several elements of the home had to be brought up to current code during the Atlanta renovation.
The homes exterior is clad entirely in tumbled brick and natural stone. The Atlanta renovation now features two master suites and five guest bedrooms. The 8 fireplaces are treated with stone veneer and flanked by custom built cabinetry for storage and display. Each of the 9 bathrooms retains its own character and provides a different experience through custom trim and tile details. The abundant kitchen features 2 islands, restaurant style range and hood, and ample storage accompanied by a walk in pantry.
This Atlanta renovation was completed with entertainment in mind. A large exterior patio with views down the fairway features a masonry fireplace, provisions for an outdoor kitchen, exterior sound system and a covered lower level. On the interior, the walk-out lower level includes a billiard room, full custom bar, movie theater, gym, office, and lounge.
