Atlanta renovation designed by Bonnie Henry and built by Cablik Enterprises.
Cablik Enterprises Atlanta renovation on Elliot Circle is a complete renovation to an existing 1920s Craftsman-style home located in Buckhead. The one-story single family residence was completely gutted and an entire second floor was added with terrific roof lines, doubling the original square footage.
The Atlanta renovation incorporated a brand new full master suite that features a vaulted blank ceiling at the entry way, and a vaulted cathedral ceiling in the bedroom. The master bathroom, covered with marble throughout, includes a clawfoot tub and two thermostatic showers with rain heads. The powder room features marble floors, while the upstairs bathroom has slate floors. During the renovation, the existing hardwood floors were removed, and new hardwood floors were installed throughout the home. The original two bedroom one bathroom house has been transformed into a gracious four-bedroom three-bath house with a large screened in porch.
Since this Atlanta renovation was an EarthCraft certified project, the house was completely air sealed with spray foam insulation during the renovation. Construction waste was designed to a minimum and waste material was recycled. New Low E windows combined with twin high efficiency heat pumps will result in a substantial improvement on thermal comfort and utility costs.
