click to view largerCablik completed the tenant improvement buildout for ZN Salon within a new retail strip center in Marietta, Georgia. The project involved the demolition of the existing 1,100 square foot retail space followed with new interior construction of a salon.
The work performed included the following:
- New gypsum board and metal stud partitions
- Floating ceilings with can light inserts
- Installation of new water heater and shampoo bowls
- New above- and below-ground plumbing for shampoo bowls
- Rework of existing acoustical ceiling tile and grid
- New stained concrete floors
- Breakroom addition
- New millwork and cutting stations
