- Demolition of the existing space
- Drywall installation
- Ceiling insulation
- Construction of men’s and women’s restrooms, including showers, low-flow toilets, waterless urinals, etc.
- Classrooms including yoga room and skin room
- Mezzanine-level offices
- Front reception area
- Kitchen area
- Electrical and plumbing
