Cablik Enterprises was awarded the general contracting project to renovate Tritt Elementary School in Cobb County, Georgia. As an Atlanta contractor, Cablik Enterprises performed the school renovation, which consisted of maintenance and renovations of an existing 30,000 square foot school in East Cobb. One of the project’s challenges was to complete the school renovation in time for school to start in the fall. The scope of the general contracting work included the following:
1) Replace all existing carpet and VCT flooring within the school
2) Replace two existing playgrounds; install new ADA sidewalks to new play areas
3) Install new wireless clock system throughout the school
4) Upgrade existing fire alarm system to new
5) Install two new 1,400 square foot conditioned breezeways to connect the main building to the gym
6) Install sprinkler system in 10,000 square feet of existing space
