“The Elizabeth” is a 3,500 square foot neighborhood retail center in Atlanta’s Inman Park neighborhood. This building is currently the home for the popular Savi Urban Market.

- Its attractive design fits in perfectly with the foot traffic of the Inman Park neighborhood.
- The structure is steel with light gauge metal studs, storefront glass, TPO roof, and face brick.
- Due to poor soils, the entire structure sits on thirty-five micro pull down piles (MPDP), which stretch up to twenty-five feet below the building in order to hit residual soils.
Cablik suggested the MPDP system (instead of the plan-specified timber piles which can break nearby terra cotta pipes and storefront systems).
