This Class A store-front build-out of the Highland Eye Boutique is located in the Morningside Village shopping center in the desirable Lennox Park/Morningside community of Atlanta, Georgia. The project involved demolition of the existing 1025-square foot beauty salon, followed with construction of a boutique eye care showroom and office space.
The work preformed included the following:
- New gypsum board and metal stud partitions.
- New hospital grade electrical fit out.
- Custom lighting package.
- Reworked plumbing system under concrete slab.
- New drop ceiling with reworked fire sprinkler system.
- New engineered hardwood flooring through out.
- New millwork and counter surfaces.
- Upgraded security system
