click to view largerCablik Enterprises completed a renovation of the Bloom Law Firm in Atlanta Georgia. The building was originally built in 1955 as a two story apartment building, and then was retrofitted to an office/residential mixed use in 2003. Cablik assisted the Owner in converting this property zoning from mixed use to office only.
The project was completed within a very tight construction schedule in order to get the Owner in the space before their previous lease carried into holdover.
The scope of this renovation included demolition of interior walls, new framing and drywall, paint, doors and frames, new trim, conversion of existing restrooms to ADA compliance, new signage, HVAC maintenance, electrical, addition of two new break rooms, and roofing work.
