The buildout of the Beya Salon Suites required a design-build approach between the architect and contractor. The 4,500 square foot space includes spaces for 27 individual owner salon suites.
Additionally, Beya Salon Suites has a 1,000-square foot mezzanine with offices, a waiting room area, and a kitchen.
The scope of the project included:
- Demolition of the existing space
- Framing
- Drywall and insulation installation
- Installation of an acoustical ceiling to dampen noise transfer,
- Custom doors
- Cabinetry installation,
- Flooring
- Suite windows for each owner’s space
- Paint throughout the space
- Complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
