Cablik is underway with a new single-family Atlanta modern home on Auburn Avenue in the Old Fourth Ward. The new Atlanta modern home features a split level design, and the prominent two story volume features a glass curtain wall to bring natural light and passive ventilation into the different levels of the home.
Like many of Cablik’s modern homes, the Auburn Residence is being built to EarthCraft standards featuring high efficiency mechanical systems. A large roof top deck will offer abundant private out door living and entertainment space. A separate roof space has been designed to accommodate future PV system and roof top garden.
