Cablik Enterprises was hired by the Bank-Owned Real Estate division of BB&T. The previous builder was unable to complete this home and Cablik Enterprises’ knowledge of modern construction proved essential to completing this home. Work on the home included the following:

• Demolition of all damaged material and non compliance work for new waterproofing applications.
• Obtained letter regarding mold removal.
• Re-graded site around house to ensure a positive slope away from house for waterproofing issues.
• Landscaping including new sod, trees, bushes.
• Replacement of all structural water damaged material (plywood, drywall, roof, soffits, etc)
• Removal and replacement of all water damaged insulation, drywall, etc.
• All balconies are re-sloped away from house and re-tiled as needed.
• Replacement / repair of all water intrusion areas (doors, penetrations, etc)
• All floors were sanded, stained, and finished.
• All damaged carpet and pad was replaced or cleaned.
• New interior and exterior paint.
• Installed new garage doors.
• New finishes in bathrooms and kitchens, including countertops and trimwork.
• New roof with 10-year warranty, insulation, gutters, and drains.
• All windows were re-set, with new caulking and new flashing as required.
• New windows installed where seal had been broken.
• New stucco applied as required.
• Ensured mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are operational, with warranty from qualified subcontractors.
• New bathroom installed on the roof.
• Installed new closets
